This project showcases the design and implementation of a Virtual Brewing Lab embedded in Canvas for Auburn University's Brewing Microbiology course. The lab was created to provide asynchronous students with access to a realistic, immersive lab experience, regardless of physical location.

Goals
Bridge the gap between traditional lab-based learning and online course delivery.
Enhance student engagement and comprehension through immersive technology.
Promote equity in access to specialized lab environments.

Design Features
360° Virtual Environment: Created from real lab photography and mapped to course content.
Embedded Content: Labeled and demonstrated lab equipment within the virtual space.
Linked Modules: Seamless integration into Canvas modules for contextual learning.
Interactive Navigation: Students manipulate variables, observe outcomes, and refine understanding in real time.

Increased student satisfaction and engagement.
Enabled deeper exploration of brewing science concepts.
